Booking and Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible booking options to accommodate your schedule. Please note that cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will incur a 100% fee for the service booked.
Consultation and Suitability
Every treatment is assessed individually. We will provide a detailed consultation to discuss your goals and determine the most appropriate course of action. Suitability for any treatment is assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require clinical approval.
